User Experience

The partnership between developers and marketers is key. Analytics capabilities to CX/UX design require strong understanding between areas. I have worked with in-house and outsourced IT teams, including those located abroad, to manage branding, pixels and event tracking, customer journey planning, conversion rate and landing page optimization, and user experience.

“Good” UX is dependent on more than industry standard. I consider the demographic, technology adoption of the targeted area, and language required to deliver essential information quickly with uniqueness and fun.
